We ship our opals world-wide. All orders are sent with tracking and insurance, upgrade to Express available at checkout. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. If you decide to return the product, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via the same tracked shipping method as delivery, as well as appropriate insurance at the price you purchased the item(s) at. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s), excluding the delivery and insurance fees.
