Shipping
All orders are usually processed within 3 working days. We ship our opals world-wide. All orders are sent with tracking and insurance, upgrade to Express available at checkout. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose.
Please be aware the parcel may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the package arrives in the destination country. This may result in the buyer having to pay additional charges which are not included in the total price displayed at checkout.
Returns
At WIRRU Opal, it is paramount to us that you are 100% satisfied with every piece you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason at all, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. If you decide to return the product, please contact us as soon as possible for instructions.
You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping via the same tracked shipping method as delivery, as well as appropriate insurance at the price you purchased the item(s) at. You will be refunded the cost of the item(s), excluding the delivery and insurance fees.
